Install Fastracc on your tablet

What your tablet needs

• Android 7.0 or newer. Most tablets sold since 2017 qualify.
• A tablet you can use in landscape. The app is built for a 10-inch screen held sideways — it doesn't rotate to portrait.
• 2 GB of RAM to run, 4 GB or more for a busy counter.
• About 250 MB free — the download is small, but the app keeps your products, prices and receipts on the tablet so it works offline.
• A camera if you want to scan GCash receipts. Everything else works without one.
• Wi-Fi for the first sign-in. After that it keeps selling through an outage and syncs when the connection returns.

Installing it

1. Tap Download the app above.
2. Open the downloaded file. Android will ask whether to allow installs from your browser — tap Settings, turn the permission on, then come back.
3. Tap Install, then Open, and sign in with the owner account.

Staying up to date

You only download this file once. The app updates itself every time it opens, so it's on the newest version without anyone reinstalling anything.
